0 Fat Loss Myths: Empty Stomach Cardio, Negative Calorie Foods, Low CarbHere are three popular weight loss myths and the science behind them: Losing more fat when you exercise on an empty stomach, faster fat loss on low-carb (ketogenic) diets and negative calorie foods (“fat burning” foods).
