Recently, I realized how bad am I not concerning my health. And I already taken step to watch out my food intake.I have big cravings for French fries and also rice. I also do not actively exercise.
Then, I stop eating all meat, since August 2010. I stop red meat, Mcdonalds, Soda, regularly take rice , but my weight still same. Irony, I can keep maintain my weight since 2 years.
Then, I change my diet to organic and healthy foods. I do exercise 20 minutes per day.
I did check up my body fat its show 45.2%, my BMI is 44.3, VFA 29%, Resting Metabolism 1978.
What you guys have in mind when get this numbers? And I believes, my fat problem since child when I was 12 y/o. I getting fat and fat.
Please I seek any advice/ professional motivation for me to keep on. Thank you for your answer.

jogging (or really long walk if you don’t like running ), bike riding and swimming laps burns a lot of calories. avoid high sodium, it holds a lot of water in your body. drink a lot of water to flush out fat. watch your intake. when you have cravings drink water with lemon or tea with no cream (if you get vanilla chai tea its sweet enough to not need cream or sugar.)
doing this stuff i lost 30 pounds in 3 months.
