There are many people out there in search of the best diet and they will try anything and everything that they come across. Generally though, they will end up only losing a pound or two and never really reach their goal, but there is a good reason why these diets aren’t working. Basically, not every diet is the best diet for every person. Not everyone will burn fat in the best way with every diet. This means that you have to find a diet that specifically suits your own means and not one that works for everyone else.
There are a lot of diets out there that claim to be the best but they are nothing more then a pile of rules and restrictions for you to follow. This means you are almost guaranteed to fail so you obviously are not going to burn fat that way. The more complex the diet is, the harder it will be to follow, especially since you will be deprived the chance to ever eat the foods that you enjoy. The best way to burn fat is to find the best diet possible that you could see yourself using for the rest of your life.
You will know the best diet for you when you start to look over the guidelines of the diet. One thing you should look for is a recommendation to limit portions. Limiting portions is much better than cutting out certain food groups or counting every calorie. By just watching portion sizes you will naturally reduce the amount of calories you consume while still eating the foods you love. You do not have to limit portions to unreasonable amounts, just follow portion guidelines for the foods you eat which can easily be found on the label.
Any diet that has the possibility of being your best diet must also include exercise guidelines. You do not have to workout excessively. Nobody will ever stick with a weight loss plan that involves hours and hours spent in the gym. Your best diet should include moderate exercise to really help with fast fat burn. You should expect to workout a minimum of four times a week and do both cardio exercises and strength training.
As you research and try out diet plans, you will learn a lot about making healthy food choices. Plans that actually teach you about such things are among the best diet plans out there. They will help you remember to drink water instead of soda non-stop.
The best diet plan will help you start slowly. No diet plan should expect you to jump right in and wipe out all your favorite foods from your diet. A good plan is going to give you all the information that you need to get started making good choices. You will be taught about how to change the way you think, so that eating good and exercising regularly become a part of your life and not just some weight loss plan you follow for a month or two and then quit. The best diet is one you can follow for life.
Also, the best diet plan is going to be something that will help people of all body types burn fat. Everyone reacts differently to the foods they eat and everyone needs to recognize the specific needs of their body. The best diet plan will help you to learn about your specific needs and will give you hints and tips in order to burn fat.
Remember, the best diet for you is not going to be one that wants you to use a bunch of pills or gimmicks. To burn fat in the most efficient way, you are going to have to do it the old fashioned way. You do not need a pill to get the results you want. These weight loss supplements out there are nothing more than a fad and should be avoided.
Your best diet is the one that works. It is the one that is easy to follow and easy to understand. It is the diet that lets you lose weight fast without sacrificing your health or making you feel deprived. The best diet for you is something you can implement in your life and follow forever to not only help you lose weight, but keep it off and live healthy.

I know that body builders usually try to gain muscle in the off-season and then they switch to a fat burning routine when it comes closer to their competitions.
Is it possible to lose a noticeable amount of fat while replacing the mass of fat lost with muscle? Also, how many miles should I run a day if I’m trying to burn fat?
yeah its called weight training… but its just eaier to focus on 1 at a time
my 15 years old i weight 160 pounds and im 5’5. the food my dad buys is all junk food. i eat all day along to relieve my stress. im sick of gaining all this weight and i need to find ways to loss weight and become more active that doesn’t cost any money.
First off, you can’t lose weight fast, and almost every method that leads to quick weight losses lead to quicker and more severe weight gains.
Here are a few tips.. Eating all day is a GOOD thing. It helps your metabolism and it keeps your body energized. The key is to eat the RIGHT things. If your dad buys nothing but junk food, start going shopping with him and buy healthier things for yourself. Eating all day is not bad, it’s all about what you eat. It has been proven again and again that eating 3 meals plus a few light snacks is good for your body. With holding food, or only eating "three square meals" a day makes your body think its facing some sort of famine or drought, so it will actually hold on to every calorie it can, rather than using the energy up.
As for exercise, there are so many things you can do for free, such as walking where you need to go, going on runs, exercise tapes, school sports (which have some fees but not too bad), taking PE as an elective every semester, riding a bike, etc. Just depends on what you enjoy doing.
The thing to remember is that dieting will never work. You have to change how you eat and once you find something that works for you, you keep at it for the rest of your life. Too many people decide to lose weight, diet for 6 months – a year, then go back to prediet eating habits and pack on everything they lost and then some. Lifestyle changes are key to healthy, skinnier living, not dieting or quick schemes.

A 2 year program of weight lifting, diet, and a lot of time in the gym sent me from 135 to 182 lbs. Height increased from 5’11″ to 6’0″ – after puberty…this height increase of 1″ (2.54cm) is just from bulking up!
Just some quick tips: Focus on 1 body part a day, eat HUGE QUANTITIESclean food, stop running. You can run when you gain the mass you want and running will actually get you very cut up and defined, but for this “mass bulking” stage, you need to restrict it provided you are a scrawny guy like me. Still stretch before lifting and warm up before heavy sets.
