Hi im 14 yrs old and im looking forward on having a good summer this year. In order to do that im gonna lose some weight especially in my chest part. my plans is take average amount of food in breakfast and im only having a snack for lunch and less in dinner in the same time im doing exercise like push-ups, weight lifting, set-ups and etc. will this reduce my fats quickly? any suggestions or tips?
(I cant use one of those fat burning supplements because i have a allergy in it).
