I am currently doing P90X and am on the 2nd week, and I was wondering if I could also lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? P90X is my only workout of the day, so if I run on an elliptical machine for about maybe 45 min. to an hour, will I be able to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time? Thanks!
P.S- Any diet suggestions for P90X? I am a vegetarian, but I still eat fish and eggs/dairy.
