Belly fat is hard to get rid of because it is usually the last fat to go away when you exercise. Did you know spot reduction is a myth? Spot reduction is when you work on one part of your body like doing sit-ups for your belly fat, it don’t actually lose belly fat first because it works on other area too.
I recommend cardio and a good balanced diet that consists of leafy green veggies, fruits, lean protein and whole grains.
Did you know that increasing your metabolism can help in reducing fat? A good way that I found out is to eat several small meals a day, it tricks your body into thinking that food is abundant so it will convert most of the food you eat into energy instead of fat.
How can you lose stomach/ belly fat quick? I know you can diet and exercise but is their any particular food that you can eat that will help specialize and target belly fat?
