Should I do more cardio to directly burn fat? I heard the muscle burns fat over time. I’ve gone down from 190 to 160lbs but I still want to lose those fat around my waist. Which should I do? And no I don’t want those acai berry crap or any supplements.
Do both. Alternate days between cardio and strength training. You need to give your body time to rest and recover between strength training sessions anyway so you may as well put them to good use.
