im trying to burn calories fast… is there a sport that can burn calories fast? so i wont be so fat?
If you want to lose as much fat as possible as fast as possible just run as far as you can run every day while consuming the minimum amount of calories required. I can’t tell you what the minimum amount is because you have provided no biometrics or information about yourself.
You’ll need to run far and rest and run some more and keep it up until you can’t possibly run any more and then just walk until you can’t walk any more. Try to run at least 20 miles per day in the beginning and keep pushing yourself to run more. Your muscles will probably be extremely painful for a while and you may make yourself sick in the process. But you’ll need to keep pushing yourself in spite of feeling terrible.
It’s possible you could die from a host of illness including heart attack and stroke depending on your age and state of health. So, you should have a physical exam and discuss your plan with your doctor before you begin your fat loss program. You’ll have to measure your foods and keep track of your intake so you will know you’re not going over your minimum amount of calories. And, of course, you’ll need to eat the best possible food so you’ll be able to sustain your extreme aerobic activity level.
You’ll also have to take a vacation from all other activities including work because you won’t have time for anything but perambulating and resting.
So, that’s how you do it…fast.
