    Burning fat is not a part-centered process. You cannot just burn fat on your stomach or just in your legs. The best way to burn fat is to do cardio, including running, roller blading, aerobics, kickboxing and so much more. I really recommend getting into roller blading because it really works your leg, butt and stomach muscles all while burning crazy amounts of calories and fat AND getting your in shape.

    Now, I know you said at home, but I do not think you’ll find something fun doing it that way. You could jump rope, exercise kickboxing in front of the TV… The best way really is to go out and explore the terrain, either on foot or you could also bike, blade, skate etc.! Indoors, you will not burn as much calories/fat because there aren’t really any natural obstacles, including varying terrain and inclines.

    what you’re doing is perfect. it doesn’t matter what exercise you’re doing, as you can’t spot reduce. as long as you feel the burn and are sweating and not feeling dizzy you will be fine. do eat healthy foods and don’t forget to portion control. eat a lot of fish =)

    I know that if you want to burn fat all day just hold in your stomach also cleaning the house and walking all burn fat. Maybe after step aerobics just turn on some of your fav. music and dance. good luck

    -leg raises
    -crunches
    -sit-ups
    -pull-ups
    -chin-ups
    -push-ups.
    -run long distances with thick clothes on to sweat alot.
    -walking up and down stairs helps too
    -excercise and be active, while doing something else, that way you don’t realize how much your exercising and get tired and or bored
