		<description>I hate to tell you this but you can&#039;t safely get rid of fat on the body by targeting certain areas.  Certain people have certain genes that tell there body to store their fat in their butt, chest, thighs, etc.  The only thing you can do is to try to decrease your overall fat percentage and at the same time try and tone your upper body.  Don&#039;t just do chest exercises, you might as well workout everything else, IT&#039;S GOOD FOR YOU.  To lose fat, don&#039;t consume any more than 1400 calories a day, exercise doing cardio or weightlifting (both if possible), and drink plenty of water to get rid of your appetite and hydrate your body.
