		<description>I&#039;m not going to lie unless, you are going to get a nutritionist and stay in the gym six hours a day, there is no fast way to lose weight that took you two months to gain. I have lifted weights since I started playing football at age 13, and have did all types of workouts, and I will say the best for all around good fitness is something that alternates between light weight for a good amount of reps between 15-25. It&#039;s easier on joints, keeps you tight, and burns fat at the same time; mixed with cardio you will enjoy the results.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
