    I’m not going to lie unless, you are going to get a nutritionist and stay in the gym six hours a day, there is no fast way to lose weight that took you two months to gain. I have lifted weights since I started playing football at age 13, and have did all types of workouts, and I will say the best for all around good fitness is something that alternates between light weight for a good amount of reps between 15-25. It’s easier on joints, keeps you tight, and burns fat at the same time; mixed with cardio you will enjoy the results.
