How do I lose weight fast? I want to lose weight but its hard. I want to lose about 30-45lbs. But not sure how to do it. Maybe some simple workouts or some diet tips would help.

You really have to get down to where it begins. The fast weight reduction starts with the metabolism. So to boost that you need to exercise in the morning, eat celery(and other veggies) and then exercise at night. Also, eat 6 meals a day instead of 3. So then your body won’t store the fat. Or if you have access to a gym go there and try different machines, especially the treadmill for an hour or so. It’s about making better choices and having fun. With more exercise and better eating you’ll have more energy and be in better moods. And let me tell you that diet pills are a big no-no.
