I think i remember … I think i remember reading somewhere, That when you get too around 30 years old or so, Your appetite naturally suppresses itself, So hopefully that should be a help to you! But don`t use that as an excuse! All i do is walk for around 30 mins a day! etc.. although that sort of slack routine will only just about maintain weight! If you do wont to lose weight, speak to a doctor or get a book on it from a library, go jogging! or a skipping rope! Just don`t waste money on diet pills!!
