It’s actually easier to do both at the same time, because as you build muscle you will burn more calories, which will in turn help you lose body fat. Technically you aren’t losing weight so much as losing fat, but that’s what its all about right? Anyway doing cardio and weight training together is the best way to keep your body healthy.
