    First off, you can’t lose weight fast, and almost every method that leads to quick weight losses lead to quicker and more severe weight gains.

    Here are a few tips.. Eating all day is a GOOD thing. It helps your metabolism and it keeps your body energized. The key is to eat the RIGHT things. If your dad buys nothing but junk food, start going shopping with him and buy healthier things for yourself. Eating all day is not bad, it’s all about what you eat. It has been proven again and again that eating 3 meals plus a few light snacks is good for your body. With holding food, or only eating "three square meals" a day makes your body think its facing some sort of famine or drought, so it will actually hold on to every calorie it can, rather than using the energy up.

    As for exercise, there are so many things you can do for free, such as walking where you need to go, going on runs, exercise tapes, school sports (which have some fees but not too bad), taking PE as an elective every semester, riding a bike, etc. Just depends on what you enjoy doing.

    The thing to remember is that dieting will never work. You have to change how you eat and once you find something that works for you, you keep at it for the rest of your life. Too many people decide to lose weight, diet for 6 months – a year, then go back to prediet eating habits and pack on everything they lost and then some. Lifestyle changes are key to healthy, skinnier living, not dieting or quick schemes.
