    So what I wanna say is, it should be better if you would make a good video about nutrition aswell. Where you explain how much and when you should eat, what you should eat etc. You could tell us some facts about proteins, like where you can get them from without using supplements, etc. etc.

    Bodybuilding is a sport that involves three important elements: working out, nutrition and rest. If one of these elements are not in order, you will never be able to get maximum results from the other two elements. Are there two or three elements not in order, then there’s a chances that you do everything for nothing!
    Now it’s the fact that you are helping us working out, but you’re not helping us with nutrition. I bet that a quarter of the views you get actually downloads your program..
