    @Ivan1993N Dude read the diion brandon always put a link to his website where you can download his FREE workout plan, it takes a total of around 5 – 10 mins and teaches you everything you need to know. If you are to lazy to do that, then guess you deserve to be a fat ugly little bitch.

    and btw let me tell you about nutriton..
    eat more then you burn off = get fat
    burn off more then you eat = lose fat

    eat healthy and read the nutrition labels..
