Im going to post my pic on here, i exercise at home never hit the gym in my life. I do dumbells, stomach exercises, pushup/pull up and eat healthy, im way bigger and leaner !!!!HAHA….
im 13 and do 3 sets … im 13 and do 3 sets of 20reps of 18.5kg squats, 5kg lateral raises 12reps, 18.5kg bicep curls 20reps, clean and jerks, dumbell jumping squats to bicep curls and treadmill interval workouts
