    The best way to burn fats is to drink green tea.
    If we drink green tea , we even need not want to cycle or any other!
    Green tea is very very good for heath , and it also helps in curing cancer
    and reducing fats and cholesterol .

    first of all going on a diet can help you,if your upper body is slim it doesnt mean that you dont need to go on a diet,when you go on a diet you will lose fat from every part that have extra fat.but to hel your body keep its ballance you need to exercise and your exerscise must contian strenght exercises for your upper body in order to avoide making it too small and aerobics execise such as walking and mountain climbing and swimming for your lower body.
    the best exercise for lower body is using ELIPTICAL

    Despite what the other folks here say, you cannot "spot reduce". You cannot tell your body where fat should come off… it just comes off wherever it decides.

    If you could decide, we’d all have skinny arses but huge boobs… unfortunately for many, the weight comes off our boobs, not where we really need it to come off.

    YOU CANT TARGET WEIGHT LOSE however.

    If your fat is located in your legs that is where the fat will burn from.
    The location of the fat is really irrelevant. When you start to get to your ideal body weight all things will be equal and you will be Smokin hot.

    To lose the added Weight you need to 1st look at you diet. Diet is 80% of your weight lose.

    Next endurance cario is great. what I mean is low speed extended time activities like running and road cycling are great.

    I love cycling and it is addictive you can also cycle for hours at a time. bad news is the high cost of the initial investment.

    Running is great to. More intense than cycling and really burns calories.
