I’m about the same size as you. I’m 13, 5’4 and 125lbs. What I am doing is working out 6 days a week, doing cardio, treadmill, stationary bike, and bow flex. I eat 3 healthy meals and 2 healthy snacks and about 1200 calories a day. I lost 6pounds if the first couple days and feeling satisfied. References :
