		<description>&lt;b&gt;Hey, im 5&quot;10&#039; 168 ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Hey, im 5&quot;10&#039; 168 pounds, and i do alot of body weight excerises as well as free weights...At almot 170 pounds, i can do 50-60 normal push ups without breaking form, from my expierence, all this clapping and jumpin is clowning (No offence) i used 2 do that, but all it does is break ur form and doesnt allow u 2 reach ur full push up potential. Your better off just doing dips and normal pushups with ur legs crossed...Happy training</description>
