So if I eat 7 big … So if I eat 7 big mac’s a week rather then 8 or 9 I will be good? Sh*t, that sound easy, I will replace the 1-2 big mac’s with a couple more 40’s… then I will be drinking more! I’m on track now! Thanks… oh and I’ll hit the weights.
Hey, im 5″10′ 168 … Hey, im 5″10′ 168 pounds, and i do alot of body weight excerises as well as free weights…At almot 170 pounds, i can do 50-60 normal push ups without breaking form, from my expierence, all this clapping and jumpin is clowning (No offence) i used 2 do that, but all it does is break ur form and doesnt allow u 2 reach ur full push up potential. Your better off just doing dips and normal pushups with ur legs crossed…Happy training
