    ramadan is my rest time of the year, i train very light, i eat only after i break my faster, 2 to 3 meals, no supplements, its sort of a cleansing month, and not just physically.

    no i usually cycle it, depending on the supplement really, some supplements stay 40 days, then id take 4 weeks off, then go on again, sometimes id go on for 60 days, then go 3 months off !

    Durrah, I don’t understand what they mean with their audio transcriptions. Don’t bother. Your videos are perfect. I like to see you and I like to hear you (much more interesting than just “flexing”). Flexing + talking about you is great for me.
    I am not surprised that you are so nice and so well educated : I know Egypt and I have a couple of friends there (bodybuilders or not bodybuilders). Great guys, and a great country. Egypt is the land of hospitality.
