		<description>Yes....ME....you&#039;ll burn the fat first. It&#039;s very hard to do both at the same time. It requires a very strict watchful diet such as 1700 calories a day on days you don&#039;t work out and 3000 to 3500 on days you do...and that;s really hard to follow. The body likes fat as a burning energy source. It can burn muscle as well, but it prefers fat. Keep up the good work. you&#039;ll soon notice a difference you&#039;ll like looking at....
