    Some models just put their finger on their throat thing and just throw up but that’s not a good way. The best way is to just exersise a lot and don’t each much, I mean don’t eat at all but have a balanced diet. This might help in about a couple weeks or a month.

    I water fasted for 21 days and lost 50 pounds…it was my first time too and didn’t gain a pound back…thats a myth. I gain more weight before after a healthy diet.

    What my mum did was, cut down on your carb intake. Try to cut down as MUCH as you can. Eat oatmeal cos it keeps you full and it absorbs cholestrol. Be active, you DON’T have to run and hit the gym. Just walk a lot. Don’t be a couch potato. Walk around the mall, go window-shopping.

    Do you like photography? Stroll for a couple of hrs in the park taking really great photos. It’s fun + a lot of walking can do you good. Drink plenty of water to flush out any unwanted toxins.

    Eat more protein – salmon, chicken, baloney and do sit ups at least, once in every 3 days. I do 400-600, but you can stick to 150.

    Like the other answers said, make sure you burn more calories than you eat. You obviously put in a lot of hours everyday so there is little time for you to exercise. If you get a lunch break try being active. Go for a walk or walk up and down some stairs for 15-20 minutes. When you get home at night do the same. Just these short periods of heightened activity will contribute a lot to your weight loss.
